Curbside Recycling
Clean materials are accepted weekly on Wednesdays, when residential trash is collected. A container is provided by the City to collect glass, cans and plastic

2nd Section-Containers made of glass, plastic, and metal
Scrap Metal-Aluminum, cast iron, sheet metal, appliances (no refrigerators), and metal
Yard Waste & Brush-Grass, leaves, trees and limbs up to 6" in diameter, and twigs.
NO stumps or building materials.

Glass
Unbroken bottles and jars-clear, brown and green

Cans
All metal cans such as soft drink, food, etc.

Plastic
All #1 and #2, such as milk jugs and 2 liter soft drink containers

Newspaper
Bundled with string or bagged

Cardboard
Flattened corrugated cardboard, bundled with string

Yard Waste
Grass, leaves and branches can be placed at a collection site

Wood Chips
Free wood chips are available to the public for non-commercial use
